The staff changed my booking from a Double Queen on the main floor to a Single Queen in the basement because I had a Medical Service Dog.
He is protected under Federal Law and they chose to ignore this fact even when I tried to vocalize this to numerous staff and the manager.
I had to Purchase a Second Room for my Daughter to stay which cost me twice as much.

The hotel is adequate and very conveniently placed for our needs. Breakfast was adequate but mediocre. The hotel in general and room in particular was clean.
Negatives:
The toilet was 'running' all the time. We did not report this as it was not critical and we expected cleaning staff to notice and resolve.

The Big Stop restaurant was an added bonus and was within walking distance, an excellent example of two separate businesses complimenting each other.
Negatives:
In common with so many well appointed hotels the room had a refrigerator. Although such appliances have their advantages the noise they emit is not beneficial to a good nights sleep. I cant offer an answer to the problem but I wish someone could.
