Negatives: The front desk clerk didnt seem to care about us. He issued room keys that didnt work but never apologized. We asked for linens for the pull out sofa. He said he would try to find some but never did. My wife had to go to the front desk and retrieve them herself

Negatives: Room 203 was fair .. needs updating. One chair to sit on for a 2 bed room. Bathroom toilet needs to be upgraded .. too low. Hand soap needs to be provided as one of the amenities.
