Negatives: The beds are very comfy except for those thin towels…

Negatives: The room was still dirty from prior guests. It looks like it wasn't cleaned thoroughly and it was missing a fridge which it was promised on my reservation.

Negatives: No amenities in the room couldn't even find a vending machine

Negatives: Not clean, Smokey room, had to clean our room before we felt comfortable showering.

Negatives: no soap in room,bathtub was dirty

Negatives: Room was old and dated

Negatives: 1ST room #246 the toilet flushed on it's own every 30 second, the room was not cleaned. 2nd room [148 I think] was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY! The clerk told me the man that cleans is overwhelmed, I replied "that's not an excuse, hire someone else" she said 3rd [next] room is the "LAST ROOM AVAILABLE!" 3rd room 258 maybe, was not cleaned also and STUNK OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. I tried to make the best of it, HOWEVER AS THE SMELL CAUSED A BAD HEADACHE!! The headache lasted for hours. I again trudged to the clerks desk and informed her. The clerk said "no more rooms and she would issue a refund". I replied, there are nearly no cars in front of the units, she came back with, "for that price". I replied that "this is not my doing,,, it's the motels' responsibility to provide me a cleaned, Non- toilet running and non smoked in room so you should give me a acceptable room", She replied I'll need to call my manager and stepped into a back room and closed the door once inside. She emerged after a while and gave me one more room but said it would be the last one offered! FYI it is a common practice for a free upgrades. The 4th room #111 had a King size bed instead of a queen.. The room was not cleaned as well and when I lifted the toilet seat there was feces under the seat [disgusting and obviously not cleaned prior to my arrival as were the other 3 rooms!] All of the rooms appeared to me to be in a STATE OF DISREPAIR, SOMETHING YOU WOULD EXPECT IN DOWN DOWN TOWN BUFFALO ! Additionally, the filters in the rooms heater/A-C unit were filthy and I cleaned out mine in the bathtub. Which is easily removed and cleaned [so why was it not done]. I slept with my clothes on in fear of dirty sheets and feared BED BUGS but I was not bitten though I wore my socks as well.

Negatives: Place was dirty, sheets had black spots everywhere, room stunk of cigs (we got a non smoking room) the floor in the bathroom was squishy, the bathroom door didn’t shut, the bathroom sink was clogged
