Negatives: No refrigerator

Negatives: Very run down. Rooms were not clean, floors were sticky and the rooms smelled terrible - a LOT of air freshener was used to try to cover up smoke

Negatives: Bad smell in the room, bathroom tub not cleaned I wont recommend

Negatives: Up to the time I entered the office my reservation was for the day I said. When I asked for our room we were a week late. They got money from us twice. They said it was the third party's fault. This is the second time this has happened.

Negatives: Prices are too high for what you get. And they could definitely clean way better

Negatives: In our first room, the door didn't latch shut and it was filthy. Old food left in the safe, pee all over the toilet and down the sides of it. Dirty towels on the counter, an opened and used soap. In our second room, the door would not open. In our 3rd room, the tub had so much grim built up on it that we couldn't even take a shower. The heater didn't work unless you had it turned up to 85. The floors were gross. We couldn't even take our shoes off until we went to bed. The TV speakers would crackle when the volume was set at 10. The air filter in the heater looks like it hasn't been changed in years. The room had a musty smoke smell to it. The pillows were super flay and very uncomfortable. While I was waiting to get into our 3rd room, there was a couple in their vehicle. It was kind of hard to see what they were doing but it looked like they were using a glass pipe. There was a bunch of trash outside multiple rooms from guests. The outside of the building looks like it hasn't had any upkeep at all. The bathroom door in our 3rd room looked like someone had punched a hole threw it and instead of getting a new door they just covered both sides with a board. The dresser in our first room the drawers did not open. The dresser in our 3rd room was missing drawers. If I could I would appreciate some type of compensation. Our check-in time was for 3 pm we got there around 4 and didn't get into our 3rd room until almost 5 pm. We chose this location as it offered a pet-friendly room. There was dog feces all over the place outside. Very poor lighting in our 3rd room. The light on the desk didn't work. The light above the sink kept flickering so we couldn't use it. Our toilet kept running all night long. It was very hard to sleep at all.

Negatives: No heat , no wifi , key wouldn't work ...

Negatives: Room door was stuck, unable to open it. Had to get the manager to open it for me.

Negatives: It is a cheap hotel, you’re getting what you pay for
