Microtel Inn By Wyndham Henrietta/Rochester

Negatives: Motel was dirty. My room was entered during the day while I was gone and not cleaned. Things were looked through. The hallways were full of construction debris. There was no parking due to construction materials. The breakfast was toast, nothin else. The girl at checkin was rude. The man at checkout was useless. I did not stay the second nigh because of fear for personal safety after the entry. I have complained to Booking.com and Windham/Microtel. Neither are helping me. I have contacted the fire marshall regarding the obstructed hallways and parking. I have requested the charges for this room be reversed by my credit card. This is a HORIFFIC hotel and Booking.com has done nothing to correct the issues

Negatives: Construction equipment limited parking; room was not overly clean; bed was too hard; cost was increased due to solar eclipse and was definitely not worth the price paid!

Negatives: They are right in the middle of remodeling this hotel, so there were construction materials in the 2nd floor lobby. The room where we stayed still needed the bathroom upgraded, there was a significant amount of paint and plaster falling off the wall.

Negatives: The breakfast was abysmal. There was toast and fruit. No juice or anything else. The room was disgusting and dirty. The tub was so dirty it was black on the bottom. The bed was old and you could feel every spring. Not to mention the visible dip in the middle of the bed. No staff available unless you text a number and wait. I needed pillows and you would have thought I asked for a kidney

Negatives: The tub and the sink were disgusting. Maybe not dirty, just very old looking and was not comfortable to take a shower.. Is toilet ran most of the night. The look of the comforter on the bed was not inviting. Tile in the bathroom was off On the floor. Pictures are all of the room. The outside was nice and they are remodeling but way over priced for what we had. Very disappointed.

Negatives: Beds were worn out

Negatives: Beds uncomfortable. 1st room we had door key didn't work 2nd room I had to keep getting the keys activated every day. Room service never came and changed out towels or garbages the whole time we were there. I ended up putting garbage bags outside the door

Negatives: The room was so dirty. The floors obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I found two used condoms under my bed. Counters and tables were sticky. The Tv was broken, hairs and stains in the sheets. Second hand smoke smell.

Negatives: Was charged extra day called but manager on duty couldn't help was going have another manager call me never happened I will count my loses but will never stay here again.

Negatives: No menu, heavily restricted food options, overpriced food. Breakfast was a joke!

Negatives: Once got into our room the only problem was that there was a weird smell

Negatives: They don't have microwave not body knocking my door for asking for service or something give my room number for no reason someone was knocking my door like they don't know who is

Negatives: There were bloodstains and pee stains on the sheets, the electrical outlet fell out and my toddler almost got electrocuted
