Negatives: A great night comfortable sleep

Negatives: The dirty room smell with cigarettes side door I used was dirty ,mattres had dip in it i had to buy pillows the pillows on the bed was like couch pillows I wouldn't recommend this place they had two drink vendors and both were out of order

Negatives: TV did not work. Fire alarm went off twice in the night as false alarms. The breakfast was rather skimpy: toast, waffles or corn flakes. The juice dispenser did not work. The bedroom doors are smaller than the doorframes making it rather noisy in the room.

Negatives: Very limited breakfast and employees wouldn't even let you take a cup of coffee from the breakfast area. Room smelled like fried fish from the moment we walked in.

Negatives: Our hairdryer didn’t work and bathroom fan was extremely noisy, something wrong noisy.

Negatives: The other customers can make you uncomfortable at times.

Negatives: When we got there the property was gross empty boxes of budlight and other brands of alcohol just dropped near windows throughout parking area. The room had Two queen beds. Both beds were very uncomfortable, as one had a dip on the left side. Which front desk said they could do nothing about its been there five years there are no other beds or rooms available. The other bed you could tell was bounced on quite a few times. It was like a mini ocean. As for water pressure from shower, it was rather low. Not sure if it was timing or something that happens because tanks are to small. But the last thing that made the stay bad, was the free breakfast. I knew there would be a large group that would be taking advantage of free breakfast so I made sure to be by the front desk by quarter of six. And still when they put everything out there was only hard bagels and pieces of bread to make toast with. They had a fre cereals but no milk. The machine for apple orange was not working. The waffle machines were broken. They didn't even have the big coffee and hot water working. I made a comment to management about the beds and the breakfast and he really could care less. Said it's been broken for weeks and there was no substitute. So I explained if it's been broken you should not offer to guests.

Negatives: The room had an awful odor.

Negatives: It smelled like someone had been smoking in the room for years! Toilet had urine left in it from I don’t know who wasn’t clean in the bathroom and every night there marijuana every night! Brown stuff on tub! Manager wouldn't come to talk to my husband and I
