Negatives: TV in the living area didn't work. But we weren't TV watchers anyway. Just wanted it on for background noise.

Negatives: Cleanliness of premise and air conditioning

Negatives: The deadbolt on my room didnt work when I checked in at 8 pm. I was a solo female staying so asked person at desk to look at it. He confirmed it was broken and nothing he could do about it. I asked that he escalate it and called to tell me I could check out for a refund. Since it was late and I was traveling alone I was not up for a hunt to find a new location. I spoke with the front desk manager the next morning who was very understanding. She explained she had told the staff member to put me in another room or find another location for me to stay. None of this was offered. She was kind enough to offer me a full refund and express her apology. Once home I realized my credit card had been charged for the room 3 times and only 2 refunds. After calling for 2 more days I was finally able to get a refund.

Negatives: They do not have a POOL. The pool has been broken for the last 3 years that I have been visiting my kid at college. Every time I stay here, my hopes are broken.This should not be rated a 3 star hotel because they do not have a POOL, and will not fix it.

Negatives: The hair dryer didn't work and I asked for a different one and they didnt have one. The staff in the morning wasnt helpful. The water for the shower was freezing. Overall the price I paid was way too high for what I got.

Negatives: Furniture in room not clean. Both the sofa and the easy chair had white stains on them. Also, now my daughter has a bug bite of some sort on her hand, which she thinks she may have gotten in the room. Crowded - lucky we only had three people with us instead of four because a fourth couldn't have fit getting into or out of the bed by the window without bumping into the curtains and walking sideways to straddle the narrow space on the side of the bed. A fourth person would have had to climb over their bedmate to get out of bed. Location was ridiculous. Up a huge hill, far away from everything else in the town, on isolated roads that twisted and turned. Very inconvenient.

Negatives: My dog kept finding things (trash, rawhide bone) under furniture, there were cobwebs hanging from bathroom ceiling, the maintenance man was sleeping in his running vehicle all morning, and the grounds were very poorly maintained dead plants at front entry at least 6 dead ferns all around) and staff was not accommodating vending machine was broken and I was told the bottled water was only available (not even available for purchase) for conference attendees! Bad answer! Better to say there wasnt any. When I called 2 days prior to stay to ask if I could get a room near elevator to accommodate my mother who has difficulty walking I was told I didnt have the room I reserved (though it turned out I did needed 2 beds and DID have them reserved) was shouted at and hung up on by the woman on the front desk! The reservation desk assured me my reservation was as it should be when I called back. Overall, it was a bad experience at that location!!

Negatives: The pool was not operational which was disappointing. The hot breakfast could have been better with a few more options.

Negatives: I booked the property because they had an indoor pool which I needed for therapy. The pool was out of service and it was not advertised in their website. The sofa bed was filthy and unchanged. There was popcorn under the chair from previous guests. They would not offer a discount for having no pool.

Negatives: Nobody at desk for checkin, bathroom wasnt properly cleaned, poorly maintained facility

Negatives: Heat in room did not turn off automatically/temperature control was broken. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. One of the curtain rods was broken.
