SCAM!! SCAM!! Do not use this hotel! Reserved the room with booking.com, paid cash for my room. 5 min after I had just paid my card is charged for the full amount of the room as well as an additional 150 several minutes after. The hotel completely denies that this happend at all, then 4 days into my 5 day stay I was charged another 150 to my card. The hotel denies this charge happened as well. After my stay, they claim to have refunded the initial hold on my card for the room deposit but after speaking with the bank that is also a lie. This hotel is a scam and the staff are rude unprofessional theifs.

THEIFS AND LIARS!
Positives:
The staff was very helpful when I had a problem with my key card. The room and bathroom were very clean; the bed was great; and breakfast was great.
Negatives:
We had a connecting room and the person/people were having loud conversations. We should have asked for a new room, but we were only staying 2 nights, so it didn't seem it was worth it. We will make sure we don't get connecting rooms the next time we visit.

The location is excellent. There is all the shopping literally 2 minutes away. The hotel itself is extremely clean and I liked that there were no carpets in the rooms, just hard wood laminate.
Negatives:
I had been there a few months ago right after renovation. At the time it was fabulous. This time my room did not have a microwave which I truly wanted and there was a big crack in bathroom sink.
