Close to JFK airport. Only positive about this hotel.
Negatives:
Staff were very rude and unhelpful. Didn’t return our holding deposit and our check out was rushed as we had to catch the courtesy bus to the airport and they refused to help us by resolving our concern. Would not return.

Price was extreme for the quality of the room. No breakfast was included. We were in the bowels of the building with no amenities except for a coffee pot.

Positives:
Only stayed overnight so cant really give accurate feedback. The hotel shuttle to airport was very useful as we had to leave around 7.00 am.

If had been staying longer would have prefered quieter room. A bit noisey early morning.
