It was a learning experience...
Positives:
Booking .com and this hotel screwed up the dates, I even received texts with the correct date but when I got there I was a day late and they could not do anything so we were out a room and no where to go. We were visiting my 92 year old Aunt who was having a birthday and had to deal with this. The company and Booking.com have a great racquet going on. I am out $150

Verify dates before charging someone for the wrong day and the day they actually booked you had no room but still charged me.

Didn't realise it had a pool. We arrived late so didn't use it. It looked like it had a film on it - probably cleaner, but didn't look nice.

In my opinion the pool was not suitable for swimming. There was a floating film that was carbonating atop and it looked dirty, was ice cold. So we left. Pull out mattress was stained and dirty looking. Had to ask for a sheet.

Great location, room was nice and staff were friendly and mostly helpful.
Negatives:
Main complaint was that NO housekeeping was provided during the 7 day stay. On the morning of day #4, I asked the man at the front desk to have the towels changed and garbage emptied and when I returned to my room late that day nothing had been done. So I called the front desk and the lady was nice and gave me some new towels and garbage bags. I set the garbage outside of my room and it was picked up.
