Positives:
We were staying in Syracuse one night on our way to Niagara falls. We wanted to take in a Syracuse Mets game while we were there. The hotel was a short drive from NBT bank stadium. The staff was great and friendly, the breakfast was not fancy but had plenty of choices to give your day a good start. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a lot of space and was laid out well.

Well furnished and comfortable. You have to like a suite with loud patterns.

When I called ahead of my stay, the desk told me that their courtesy ran until midnight and since they knew our arrival time, the coach would wait for me. We arrived at 11:30 When I arrived there was no van. Fortunately, a taxi was available. For a fee of $30.00 the taxi took us to the hotel. At the hotel, I was told that their courtesy van ran definitely no later than 11:00. So I was out of pocket by $30.00, and no one made any apologies. What if that taxi had been taken by someone else?

No one emptied garbage or picked up dirty towels. You dont have to clean the room but you can come in and empty garbages, take dirty towels and restock towels.
