Good location, close to metro. 10 minutes to the
city center.
Good beds.
No bed bugs.
Negatives:
The staff was not welcoming at check-in and check-out or in everyday life. We did not feel welcome.
Cleaning was done very late in the afternoon. We had to ask for coffee in the room ourselves every day and even ask if we could have the bed linen changed.
We lived facing a busy road and the metro/train and there was a lot of noise. We couldn't sleep with the window open.

Convenient for my purposes, clean, well-located with a friendly staff.
Positives:
The location is close to the La Guardia airport, also it has two train stations in a walking distance of 200 meters those connect with all Manhattan. The room is small but the hotel has all the facilities that we required.
Negatives:
The room had not been cleaned for two consecutive days, the staff said that it was situation that sometimes happen, but it is not a situation that I expected, it was resolved after report the situation.
