Room was clean and away from traffic
Negatives:
Heat in room did not work had to use portable electric heater that woke me up when it came on and worried about fire hazard. Bathroom tile starting to crack like water damage behind it. TV brightness did not work very dim. Turned lights out to view.

With the exception of the very dangerous bathtub, it was worth the money.
Negatives:
The Bathtub was a disaster. Senior Citizens beware! There were no grab bars at all! The tub was very slippery. It had no anti slip bottom. And the walls were slippery.
