The room was very clean

The window was broken and the room very cold My husband stuffed the open areas with towels and we turned the heat up high We were offered a different room but that room was very cold and the first room had warmed up sufficiently that we could sleep

The staff is just outstanding. They were very helpful and super nice. I really had a good experience with everyone I encountered. The lobby was very welcoming as well

The room was good however, the bathrooms need an upgrade. The carpet looked like it was time. The room entry door strike plate was missing & the latch was only being latched by the steel door frame. That was concerning. It was still a decent room though

The Continental breakfast was OK. They couldve offered more fruits.
Negatives:
Bedsheets stained and smelled like body odor. The vent in the bathroom was caked with dusting gunk. I have a picture to prove it. The water pressure was terrible. I get more water pressure for my garden hose.

The property restaurant was closed even though advertised as open. Spent $100+ down the street at bar/restaurant. They would have had a good day saw people all afternoon trying to come in to go to bar and restaurant on busy sports day.

.They had young hockey players staying for the same weekend we were there. Their behavior was unacceptable in a public place. They were running up and down the hallway and banging on doors. This was after 10: 00 Pm
