Negatives: No AC too hot

Negatives: It had roaches and the tub was dingy

Negatives: Very small window in the room, bathroom need update

Negatives: Mildew smell throughout the facility. Room was in poor condition: a hole in one wall, bathroom sink severely cracked. Clearly it had previously been a smoking room, but had not been cleaned adequately. The smoke smell competed with the pervasive mildew smell.

Negatives: TV does not work. Internet spotty. Cell phone reception, barely.

Negatives: It’s obvious that the owner ever updated anything in years . I will never recommend this to anyone. There were flies in my the toilet wouldn’t flush right. I took pictures because wam going to asked for a refund.

Negatives: Front desk said water was off when I got there at 5, said he would call me. At 7, no call, went to font desk, clerk said water been on for awhile. Refrigerator was leaking clerk cleaned up mess, but still leaking, therefore no cold drinks for the next day

Negatives: 1. Back door broken-not secured. 2. Questionable people hanging around lot and on steps. 3. Room- very out-dated, floors "slimy feeling". No mini-frig or microwave 4. Bathroom very small and in need of repair and rehab. 5. A/C unit very loud and constantly cycling on and off making it hard to sleep. 6. 0700hrs Saturday morning there was a knock at the door by a "lady of questionable repute" and obviously still "very high". She was looking for the guy across the hall. 7. BUGS just a couple quick ones in the main room, but 15 black little flies on the bathroom tile Sunday morning. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN PICTURES.
