Cool vibe, great location. Walkable to a few different subway stations. Friendly staffs.
Two queen bed room was spacious, cozy feeling more like an apartment than a hotel room.
Negatives:
Too dark. Lobby, hallway, reception and room were all very dark. As I read in other reviews, everything was getting old. Our bathroom sink was clogged so the water wouldn’t drain very well. Shower tiles were cracked, the cushions smelled dusty.
It took me three calls to the front desk to have extra towels and blankets.
No ramp in any of the entrances. It’s quite silly for a hotel because most travelers have suitcases. We had a stroller so it was stressful. Not family friendly.
I booked early and got a good deal so it’s ok, but if I had paid full price I would’ve been pretty disappointed.

The location was super central in Chelsea. Easily walkable or able to us public transport. A 15 min walk from Penn Station.
Negatives:
Hotel was very clean and vibey however the room was very small for the price, but I guess that’s NYC for you.
