Positives:
Couple hundred yards from the subway station, and in the heart of meat packing district. Location was great for starting any trip in Manhattan. Steps from Chelsea Market, the highline and waterfront. Easy to get anywhere when the subway stop is on the same corner. Friendly staff, safe area, clean rooms, relaxing, at a great rate. Unique stay that wasnt your typical chain hotel, which is what I was looking for.
Negatives:
Turn on the fans to block out the street noise. Hot water was more like warm water, but was sufficient.

Staff was excellent. Convenient location , close to subway. Minutes to Times Square. Close to High Line, excellent restaurants. Nice to have access to kitchen facilities— microwave, kitchen utensils, dishes, and fridge. Rooms decorated in movie themes.

Positives:
Property was so cute and very well located. The highline park was only 5 minutes away and the water just a little further. The subway was around the corner too! Our room was cozy, bed was extremely comfortable, and every morning we sat on the porch downstairs with coffee. It was the perfect homebase for us, and a great deal. Would stay again and recommend to budget travelers!
Negatives:
No control of the air conditioning so we had to plug in a fan the room had, made my partners allergies act up. Shower was also a little grimy.

The highlight is the staff! super friendly and always willing to help.
The apartment we stayed in was a good
option. It offered a sense of privacy, which was important to us. The space was spacious, allowing us to move around without feeling cramped. Natural light flooded the rooms. As for the beds, they were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Overall, we were pleased with the apartment and would consider staying there again in the future.
Negatives:
The furniture, while in good condition, appeared outdated, which affected the overall aesthetic. Additionally, having only one bathroom proved to be a minor inconvenience, especially during peak times.
Despite the spacious kitchen, which boasted a great layout and oven, we found the appliances to be somewhat limited. Many basic amenities that one would expect in a rental property were missing, which made meal preparation a bit challenging. Overall, while the apartment offered some desirable features, the outdated furniture and limited amenities were notable drawbacks.

The heat in our room was so high that we couldn't sleep because of the stifling heat. Despite the receptionist coming up to help me with the very old radiator, we had to sleep with the window open to try to lower the temperature, with little success. We practically didn't sleep a wink all night.

Location is great, close to train stations, markets and at walk right into Chelsea area.

The location is great, nearby subway stations, many restaurants, lots of shopping. Easy to get around. The staff was very friendly during check in and check out.

It was an affordable hotel so I did not have many expectations. There was room service every day that made the bed, but no actual cleaning (at least I think so). The matrazze itself was a bit old. It was cold and cold air came in through the windows. The aircon was not always able to change to heating function. Also, this is not the hotel's fault, but either inside the hotel or nearby or on this street, there was someone smoking weed laterally at all hours of the day. I woke up at 2A and 6AM to the smell of weed waving into my room

The staff was friendly & very helpful - especially Donny, and the back garden was nice to sit in & have coffee in the morning.

The cleanliness needs much improvement. There needs to be attention given to the rooms: The fake floorboards were coming up, exposing some weird foam underneath. The full-size mattress was a top a Queen box spring which lacked a bedbug cover. The sheets &pillowcases were dingy, and the pillows had no pillow protector cases, let alone bedbug cases. The place is ripe for an infestation.
