Positives:
The staff were very friendly! Bed was super comfy. The shower was great. The room was fairly clean. The gym was a great addition, but very small and isolated.
Negatives:
Check in was very late. My deposit is STILL not back yet (even if it's over 2 weeks later). The location was central but not very public transport accessible, meaning very expensive via cabs/uber. The room was oddly very small and the stay was expensive!!!!

This hotel surpassed all our expectations: its location is perfect for exploring the city, with Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central Terminal, NY Public Library, Bryant Park, Broadway theatres just a few minutes' walk away. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, a big compliment to them :) We loved the Club Living Room where we could relax with a cup of tea (free). Our room was quite big, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom was correct. Despite being next to a busy street, the room was completely quiet. The wifi was very fast. You can get a delicious breakfast at Cafe Manhattan across the street from the hotel, but we also recommend the Grand Terminal Dining Concourse or the bakeries around Bryant Park.
