Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and bed were comfortable and we had a nice view of the city. Well located in SOHO where you could walk or take a quick Uber to galleries, shopping and eating.
Negatives:
Only ice machine was in the basement level and we were on the 19th floor! LOL. But this was minor.

The front desk staff was unbelievably helpful in helping us print documents we needed and extended our check out time to the afternoon. We had an emergency passport situation and the hotel was a block away and the staff could not have been more gracious to 2 very stressed travelers!
Negatives:
Nothing - it was little noisy but not sure you can expect much else with a window room in NYC.
