The beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good and location was good for what we needed.

Staff did not go out of the way and we did not like the hours of the restaurant. They closed 10 minutes early.

The great thing is the location of the hotel is close to Time Square, Broadway, Madison Square Gardens and the subway. The hotel staff were all very lovely and friendly.
Negatives:
The not so great things are the room is small and there is no refrigerator. Also the floors in the room are not clean and were very dusty and dirty. There are only 2 elevators so at times it was a long wait. They charge $3 per bottle of water that is in the room
