Only 3 lifts for 44 floors of guests, 1 lift was broke. Reception is on floor 2 so lifts would pick people up from the ground floor and skip floor 2. Took half an hour to get up to our room. We then walked 40 flights of stairs to go out.
Air con was like a helicopter taking off every 20 mins.
Room was opposite lift and walls are thin so noisy.
Beds so small.
