Bad service especially the breakfast,...
Positives:
The staff were absolutely wonderful!!! Great location just outside the craziness of Times Square but still just a subway ride or walk away from really cool sites. At night head downstairs to the bar for a mixology class or byob & enjoy the terrace. Great simple room in a great spot for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back to the Midtown East property.
Negatives:
My preferred accommodation has a mini fridge and microwave in the room.I understand NYC hotels are limited in what they can provide in room, so consider that while booking, that while this property does feature a mini fridge there is no in room microwave.

Its on a quiet street and not much through traffic which by NYC standards is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the free daily beverage is a nice touch. Room was v clean and a good size, I traveled solo.
Negatives:
The AC wasnt working in my room and it was very hot. The maintenance guy tried to fix and gave me a fan for overnight.
There is no hanging space at all, nor hangers to improvise. The dedicated space given to a mini gym work out, I think could be double used as a wardrobe if they were more creative. Means your clothes have to stay in the case and no where to store, so takes up floor space.
