I did not stay here. When I arrived after 12 hours of travel, they did not have my confirmed booking from booking.com. They did not have an available room because they were completely full. I booked the room in February. I was in Manhattan with my bags, tired from travel, and without a place to sleep. Luckily, they had an available room at their sister location.

Room was very large for NY standards. Located next to a metro line 6, I believe at the end of the block.

The staff was wonderful! Both Romeo and Sammy were very helpful in assisting us in navigating throughout the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was about 7 blocks from Times Square, great scenic walk to Times Square. We would definitely stay here again!

A microwave in the room or on the main floor would have been helpful.

Location was perfect. Great attractions nearby. Different metro lines are around for easy transportation.
Hotel is compact and easy to enter, exit.
Room was spacious for a NYC hotel.
Negatives:
We stayed 7 nights. The first night we had to stay at a room which was not nice. They said there was not available room and they moved us to our original room one day later.
This is understandable but I shouldn’t have paid the same price for the first night.
