Good location, friendly staff. clean, and fairly quiet.
Negatives:
One elevator was broken for two nights, resulting in long waits. Breakfast area was crowded and was not kept stocked.

Would stay here again based...
Positives:
Very good location!
Negatives:
A terrible breakfast. Breakfast was served from 6 AM, but by 7:30 there was almost nothing. The problem was mainly with the drinks, which the staff did not refill at all.

Great location, bad breakfast.
Positives:
The location was great and walking distance to a lot of the main attractions/ places we wanted to go and the subway/ Penn station.
The room was a good size considering we went for the cheapest queen bed option and we had a nice city view even though we didn't pay for that as an extra, so we were lucky! There was a little noise from other rooms through the corridor but not much through the walls so it wasn't too bad. The toiletries were a good extra as it meant we didn't need to take any shampoo etc
The breakfast was pretty basic but we didn't really book it because of that, we had a lot of food plans around the city so we didn't use it a lot!
I would recommend this hotel for the location, rooms in general were good and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
During housekeeping times there was an extra wait for the lifts, as they used them. We didn't have to wait too long most of the time, so it wasn't too bad but I can imagine that being worse during busy times of the year.
It wasn't bad enough to put me off going back here, just plan wisely if you can!

Bed site lapm was broken, light in the bathroom was broken.
Room clean, but needs some repairs.
We checked into the room to see that it was dirty. Hotel stuff moved us to a clean room, but it did create trouble for us due to evening reservations
