Totally not valued for money
I booked the hotel on behalf of my parents. I asked the hotel if they could give them a room with nice view as i wanted everything perfect for them. When they arrived they sent me photos from the room and the window was a small one over the nightstand with view at the air shaft. When i asked them if this was what they meant when said that they will do the best they could, they told me that the type of room that i ve booked doesnt have any normal window. Wouldnt that fair if was communicated in advance when i first askef for view? I might have changed room or even a hotel.. but indeed this wasnt in their favour. And indeed they didnt do anything for this... they just said a plein sorry.
Really bad value for money. We paid 1400 / 4 night for a room that as my parents mentioned was like a storage room

The hotel was well located; you could walk anywhere or use the nearby tube, which took one minute to get to.
The bed was big and very cosy. After walking miles and miles every day, we slept extremely well.
Every day, the room was also cleaned.
Our room was on the 8th floor.
Negatives:
No kettle in the room to make some coffee or tea but there is in the building a cafe called Noa where you can buy pastries/sandwiches and coffee if you need.

Location was amazing, in the heart of Manhattan. You have hundreds of options within walking distance. Cozy, quiet and everything we needed for our trip. Huge comfy beds, perfect to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Clean room, nice modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Fast WiFi, good coverage throughout the hotel.

Breakfast was described as continental, instead you had a menu of breakfast items to select from the coffee shop in the lobby. For drinks, only filter coffee or tea included in the breakfast. An espresso or cappuccino required payment
