The location was fantastic and most of the staff were helpful.
Negatives:
The club dominates activity - guests are made to wait for lifts so club/bar customers can have priority, and the noise/beats filter floors up and down. Many staff are cold and unhelpful, and the rooms are pretty basic for the price - especially the bed linen and the bathroom towels (there are no robes). The mini bar is boobytrapped to charge you even if you just pick something up, and the free stuff given to you in exchange for your resort fee is laughable - your $10 per room complimentary room service wont even get you a filter coffee (by the time youve paid $4 delivery plus tax and tip).

The parking garage was next door and it was so convenient. I got a coupon at the front desk, and it was $20 off for 24 hour parking. There are so many place to go around, and it was so comvenient!
