Queen bed very comfortable. Room on 8th floor did not have city view, but still excellent stay. Location of the hotel is excellent. Quiet area and only a two minute walk to Union Square. Staff members were super.

The staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
I don’t like the fact that there were no ice or vending machines in the hotel or any place in the hotel where you could get food after 10 pm. It would have also been nice to have spare toilet paper in the room rather than just the one on the roll. I also really disliked the tap in the sink because you couldn’t adjust the pressure at all which was really hard.
