I booked an Executive King room with a view of the city and I got two categories below deluxe room.The receptionist was liar.He said:"This room the same as I booked."The next morning we recognize on the hotel homepage not this room was booked.I went to complain to the front desk and they told me this is true.The hotel overbooked.I asked them to changed the room for the original one.They told me not possible because they are fully booked.For the third night they changed for the bigger room because in the room was technical issue with the AC system.During the night I heard the hammer noise and to sleep was impossible.

Room was nice, blackout curtains amazing, bathroom clean, did have some toiletries of the previous guest left in the bathroom. The cleaning crew were very kind, and replenished our towels everyday.
