Handy location, close to everything and quiet! Comfy beds and very clean. Good choice of food for breakfast.
Negatives:
The breakfast room was really small- and so much disposable plastic. If you want a seat rather than having to take food and eat in your room you have to be up and down before 7.45am

The location is excellent. We're 10 minutes from Times Square and it's very close to other attractions. The staff are 5-star, always very helpful and friendly. The fact that we have free coffee, tea and water 24 hours a day is exceptional for a city like NY. And the surprise is the cookies they offer in the reception area between 5pm and 10pm.
It's a small, unpretentious hotel. It doesn't have much of a lobby and breakfast is served in a small room, where one day we had to wait for a table. However, you can take breakfast to your room without any problem.
I would stay at this hotel again and would advise friends and family to stay here.
