The staff is incredibly helpful. Location is fabolous!
Negatives:
We booked a premium room but there was only a little cupboard to store our clothes given the shape of the room. We stayed 8 nights so this as a problem that the hotel kindly fixed by adding a rack in our room.
Also I was refused points collection because I did not book directly with the hotel.. but we spent over 3,000$ with the hotel so I would like at least some days to be counted on my Bonvoy card please.

The bed was horrible. The elevator was poor. One car was out of service during our entire stay. The other went down for an hour or so as well. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency about fixing it.

Perfect location for exploring manhattan
Positives:
Hotel was lovely & modern downstairs. Rooms could do with some upgrading. Good location for central park and nearby times square etc. Had mini bar in room & bottles of water provided each day. Fresh towels and beds changed regularly during stay.
Negatives:
The bed in the junior suite was next to the large window and there was a draft and room was very cold every night, luckily I had packed some warm pyjamas. We also had some issues checking in with our credit card and the hotel said this would be sorted well before check out as we were staying for 1 week but we were still trying to sort it 1 hour before being picked up for the airport which was very stressful. The staff were lovely & it was not their fault but this could have been prevented if it had been sorted earlier as I was going down to reception each day trying to have this resolved.
