When booking I choose to have breakfast included however you receive a voucher for breakfast $30 dollars per room but breakfast in the hotel bar or cafe downstairs would cost more. There were also long queues for breakfast in both locations.
Also charged a security deposit but this was not mentioned to me on checkin, only came to my attention when I checked my credit card statement. None of this was made clear to me at check out either and I had to email to request a receipt when I returned home.

Tiny room, requested an extra pillow it never arrived. Room so small you'd nearly have to sleep standing up. Noisey halls, noisy adjoining rooms and paper thin walls. Could hear everything next door and above us, especially when the toilet/shower was being used we could hear a very loud pump everytime it was used. . Room wasn't serviced 1x day also. Not very good value for money. Wouldn't stay there again.

Ripp off. A compulsory “destination fee” not otherwise mentioned was added. You had to spend this at the hotel. The bar in particular was a a rippoff. Inevitably you spent more than $30.00. It was a con trick. Should be illegal.
