Front desk staff misrepresented a downgrade as an upgrade. Then when shown facts they escalated to a manager who offered room credits as consolation prize. Be careful.

No customer service. WIFI was not working in the hotel at all!!! We were 3 friends with 3 rooms in different floors it didnt work anywhere. Checked out at 7 am called bell boy as i had lagguage 4 pieces no one pick up no one came. Rooms smell detergent and super super cheap and used condition. Sorry i live in hotels and and i was not expecting a lot but definatly was not worth it. My friend booked crosby suite it was like a larger room with a wall in between.

We booked a suite on booking.com. The room bore no resemblance to the pictures on the website and was far smaller. On the first night we had to put our children into a new room. We complained on day two and they said there were two types of suite depending on whether the room number ended in a 7 or a 1. The room ending in a 1 was the one pictured on booking.com and nowhere was it explained that you might get a far smaller suite entirely unsuitable for a family. There were other irritations as well: the advertised minibar has been decommissioned during the pandemic and there was no fridge in the room, nor even glasses or water. Given the expense of the room it was terrible.

Excellent location, great and unbelievable view from the superior room which I definitely recommend. Very pleasant garden for the breakfast, the hotel is super nice, staff very friendly and helping.
