Taking two elevators every time. The staff did not clean the room the two days I was there.You Very noisy: could hear everything from inside and outside the hotel.

The bed was slanted downward on both sides. The shower curtain was hung too high so water flooded the bathroom every time the shower was run.

I was surprised at how quiet it was; I was worried about the rooms being so close together and having noise through walls. Perfect amount of space; bathroom and shower were perfect size. Wall hooks very helpful.

Mattress is small and not the softest. A little sketchy being near the bus terminal for late night walking, but walk down 43rd and not 42nd.

Good location. Quick and easy check in and out. 24 hour staffed lobby. Bunk beds were surprisingly comfy. Good shower. View of the city, including empire state building.

TVs didn't work. Engineer came to fix them but failed on one. I managed to get it going briefly then nothing. Reading lights didn't work - bulb absent from one. A/C effective but v noisy..
