I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and the staff was friendly. Everything was walking distance, especially the broadway shows. Overall, it was good hotel and will be booking again for my trip in September.

Positives:
Location, room, gym great. Lobby always smelt good.
No breakfast or room service options but didn’t bother me too much. Maybe barista coffee downstairs could be a good addition.
Negatives:
The gym was good but unbearably hot, I did ask for the heating to be turned down but nothing happened and you can’t control it from the gym.

Positives:
Great location, very good size room for New York and it was so clean. So close to Times Square right in the heart of New York, we walked from gran central to the hotel which took around 10 minutes which was great if you are using the subway. Very secure always staff in lobby or at the entrance. Staff are very helpful and the beds were very comfortable.

No breakfast/ refreshments but it wasn’t a huge deal.

On arrival there was no black out blind.the room was a stones throw from Times Square and the lights blinding, meaning first night the whole family had zero sleep.
The noise from outside was deafening. Constant bin collections throughout the night. This continued throughout our stay. We bought earplugs to help mitigate the noise.
There are NO facilities here! No bar, lounge, the free bikes were out of commission during our stay. It was such a disappointment.
The reviews and rating baffle me.
