Abou and Narh at the concierge desk were super helpful and great with directions and guidance for making the best of our stay. Wallace at the egg station, Anna K and the entire team in the Langham Club made us feel so welcome.

Negatives:
The cost of a double double was really an extravagance, and while spacious for my husband, myself and daughter, I was surprised it was two double beds, and not queens. The elevator system was not working properly and possibly because it was a holiday weekend, it was not fixed in the time were there. Long waits for one working elevator. While only a minor inconvenience, I was surprised (or not actually) that the hotel did not offer us something for the inconvenience. This was a special occasion and milestone Birthday celebration and we enjoyed, but will not return due to high cost.
