Great staff, very responsive. We had an issue with hot water and it was sorted immediately. Clean spacious rooms, great location, very upmarket decor, fit and finish excellent. Some nice freebies, bottles of water, a couple of complimentary drinks vouchers we used for cans of coke in the restaurant
Negatives:
Bit disappointed there are no tea coffee making facilities in the room for a 4 star hotel, we had to go to the lobby to get a coffee, which was free out of a tankard. But being on the 9th floor to get a morning coffee was a small hassle. Maybe its an American thing, a few place we stayed in the USA didn’t have tea/coffee facilities either. Small negative, everything else was great.
