Positives: The concierge/attendant was welcoming and helpful. he promptly switched our room when we found that there was a problem with the one we were assigned.

Negatives: The facilities were very rundown. I don't expect much from a budget hotel but this one seriously needs renovation. the beds were thankfully clean, which serviced for our short stay. Also, the "included breakfast" was barely breakfast at all: pre-pacakged muffins, yogurt, and coffee.
