Positives:
Breakfast was a standout among all other factors. Although the facility has aged, the staff keeps the building clean in all the main areas. We did not see any soiled or threadbare carpeting. We did observe staff cleaning the entrance area diligently.
Negatives:
We were pleased with the overall condition of the hotel, and the breakfast was the best experience of our stay.

Nice quiet area even though it's on a main road. Airport is across the road, but you don't even notice.
Breakfast goes longer on the weekends so you don't have to get up at the Crack of dawn. Breakfast staff is excellent.

The pool is always gross. It's like it's slimy. There were clumps of hair etc. all over the floor. When 4 of us went to use the pool there was only 1 towel there.

Front desk staff were very knowledgeable and responsive. Courteous and caring. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly at a reasonable rate. Free Breakfast was decent and ready at 6 am.
Negatives:
Very much in need of a remodel. Could use a second garbage can in the room. Hot tub jets would only run for a minute before shutting off. Wait five minutes and would turn on again for only one minute. Just very basic TV channels.

The price was what I wanted to pay. The room was comfortable and the breakfast very good. The front desk staff were very nice especially Sam and Paul.

The hotel is looking a little tired and in need of some upgrades. A bit more attention could be put on the outside area.
