Most of the staff was wonderful with the exception of one girl at the front desk. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was great.
Negatives:
I wasn't told that the hotel would validate my parking and ended up paying $70 and when I tried to get the hotel to assist the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible.

My room heat was not working I call them to fix it every 2 to 3 hr & it didn't get fix. It was uncomfortable for the 2 night stay. I pay for hig room & Get the 2floor. I was disappointed with how loud the heat was in the room like it was going to explode.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no towels in the pool the one day and one of the employees was nice enough to bring us sheets to dry off with.
Negatives:
The pool was out of order and we were told it would only be for 3 hours but ended up being out for 6 hours. The following day there were no towels in the pool due to dryers being out of service.

The staff went above expectations finding us rooms directly across from each other. The rooms were clean, the pool area was clean, breakfast was great and all questions answered with a smile!
Negatives:
The beds and pillows were a bit soft, we prefer a firmer bed and feather pillows. But they were not terrible by any stretch.
