Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

The promised shuttle was being fixed.All reviews say they always say this. Uber driver said they have not had one for quite awhile. No vending machines at all. So could not get drinks. Not even a candy bar. Elevator and halls smelled very bad.

Well, the only thing I had a question about was why didnt they have free washers and dryers. Ive stayed at many Candlewoods and have always had a free washer and dryer.

The living room furniture was old stinky and dirty and torn or ripped off . Didnt let my kids sit on it. One tv controller wasnt working

The website said this hotel offered shuttle service to the airport. It is called Candlewood Suites Syracuse Airport.
There was no shuttle service available, but I wasn’t told this until after I had checked in. Staff made no suggestions for how I was to get to the airport except to say, “There are taxis in town.”
I cancelled the room and walked across the lot to the neighboring hotel.
