Older, kinda grungy feeling. It cost extra to be on the river side of the hotel even though there were just four cars in the huge parking lot.

The balcony was nice. The parking was easy.
Negatives:
There were roaches in our room, we were moved into a non cleaned room, then moved again into a clean room. There were homeless people hanging around outside and in the halls and stairwells, very noisy. This appeared to be an unsafe place for my family to stay. We were refused a refund when requested.
