Location is convenient. Staff is beyond friendly, extremely courteous and kind. First impressions are important. Staff is first class.
Negatives:
As a single woman, it was a little creepy at the back of the property. There was a garbage can to the right of my entrance to my room. Cigarette butts and leaves were at and around the entrance, too. I requested the room with two queen beds rather than a king. The bed I preferred looked like it was slept in. That made it extra creepy. I did not sleep well. Grateful that the staff were more than happy to extend my checkout time.

This hotel has dated but more than adequate rooms, with parking available right at each room's outside door. Hotel management is aggressively renovating about 50% of rooms. The price was very reasonable, especially the pet fee of only $10.60. Top value!
