Poor customer service choosing not to answer the telephones and preferring to go outside and smoke.

Housekeeping ladies were super sweet and loved my dog.

The overnight front desk guy was a jerk. Didn't tell me the room I requested wasn't available, so when we walked in at 130 am, expecting a king size bed but seeing 2 doubles I was annoyed. Called front desk and was rudely told no more kings were available.
Housekeeping only came by late morning so we left 3 days worth of trash when we checked out.
Then I had to wait for the front desk lady to get off a personal phone call before she could check us out.
We've stayed twice before but next time we're up in NY I'll be looking for somewhere else to stay.

Great room and would book...
Positives:
The bathroom was clean and got clean towels everyday. Location is great right next to 87. We go alot of different directions so it serves to be in the best location for us
Negatives:
Carpet feels greasy. Breakfast is grab and go. Never have had breakfast there. Not even coffee. No elevator
