The one thing Im upset about is I was charged $--- for a king bed room got screwed. They downgraded me to a queen because somebody needed the king who was disabled. It didnt give me an option if I was willing to accept that or not, or fixing my payment

Place is clean! no bugs which is a good thing… their best EMPLOYEE IS KAYLA, friendly real out going just an all round genuine person, goes out of her way to take care of the customer only reason I stayed was because of her

Rooms are damaged! Then tried to charge me for a damage room! Manager is stuck up friendly one day then the next day don’t even speak to you!!! Then have the nerve to ask for a deposit when there is not even a shower curtain in the room and please don’t get me started on the tv…………. Works when it wants to. literally drug addicts live on second floor, dog poops everywhere and they don’t clean it up! they throw trash out of the second story window then leave it open I could keep going but I won’t save them the embarrassment!

The Worst Hotel Experience Ever...

I wish that they would shovel! I have been there twice now and am going to be there this week too! The parking lot is barely plowed of snow and no shoveling has been done on sidewalks

The morning staff chardaney was very rude to my husband after he had a accident at breafast he accidently spilled hot coffee she not once ask was he ok she procedded to give him a mop n rags and cleaning spay to clean up the mess
