Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The sheets smelled bad
There were no pillows on the second bed
One almost empty roll of toilet paper that finished on first use
They couldn't change my room and lied that there were no more rooms.
They have no staff. I asked for toilet paper and I had to go down to get it
The carpets were dirty
Moldy smell, we both got up with stuffy noses and a headache
We didn't go elsewhere as we had driven for 8 hrs straight and just wanted to sleep.

The hotel smelled in the halls and the room.
The room floor was sticky and the roll floor laminate was wrinkled. The kitchenette and bath counters had their laminates ripped off. The window was fully cracked. The rooms were extremely dated and dingy.
We cancelled our second night,and have not had any indication that we will get the refund the hotel said we would get AND HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN-A-ROUND FROM BOTH THE HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM. I'm going to file a complaint against the hotel and Booking.Com with the BBB and cancel the credit card payment this week. I would strongly advise anyone from staying in this hotel. The Booking.Com system is such a huge disappointment in that after two lengthy calls with Booking to attempt to retrieve our refund we have nothing to show for it. Since Booking.Com have been ineffective so far with getting our approved refund, I would have been so much better off going direct instead of using Booking. Com

COVID-19 stressed out and even caused closers of many bussinesses.In order to survive they had to make many cut backs. Congratulations to Extended Stay for financially surviving but I think it's time to put some money back into the building. shampoo rugs,
