Room was quite nice. Front desk staff were very nice. Location was easy in and out, and I liked that you had EV chargers.
Negatives:
Breakfast layout was very tight, it was crowded and I felt like I was climbing over people to get to food.
Other guests were a bunch of hockey families. Their kids were running around until 11 pm on the second floor. I was up watching football anyway so it was not a big deal, but I was really surprised nobody did anything about it. I think all the hockey parents were partying in the lobby and letting their kids run wild in the hallways.

There wasn’t much for breakfast the 2 days we were there. Upon checkin we had to wait for half an hour for anyone to show up to front counter. Then our rooms were not near each other so I had to ask for a change. The girl after the half hour was quite rude also there was 6 families waiting to check in. When I talked to the manager there was only 1 staff member on that evening when the hotel was sold out
Negatives:
I have reached out to Hilton on numerous occasions and they were going to get back to me on some form of compensation for the 2 rooms we booked as our bad experience checking in as our food we brought in with got cold while waiting there was no shampoo or soap in the showers and we had to go and buy breakfast out both lot I gs
