The breakfast was really well put together

They recently finished renovating. We found 15 nails on the carpet and tissues wrapped up in the blankets. Oh and the pool was closed.

The fan in the bedroom was on and the dial was stripped from the stem meaning I couldnt turn the fan off. There wasnt anyone available to fix it and when I requested a different room they said there wasnt on due to the hotel being completely booked.

Everything was perfect. The pool was very warm and the staff was phenomenal. Room had some stuff behind the headboard,and I had to clean the shower. However, I always clean the room and disinfect anywhere I stay due to allergies

I liked the bed was in a separate space for sleeping. Liked the toilet was closed off from the bathroom sink.

Didnt like waking up to a preset alarm at 6am didnt think to check the alarm clock. Would suggest the cleaning staff check for previous alarms. It really was disturbing.
