Positives: Unfortunately I liked nothing about the property.
Negatives: Elevator out of service and no notice given prior to booking. Drug dealers and prostitutes approach you the minute you step out of your vehicle. Hallways, stairways, and rooms smell horrible like marijuana and vomit. Cups of urine in stairwell. Floors and carpet filthy and sticky. Pillow cases dirty. And on and on.

Negatives: - the room smelled like mold - the hallway smelled like it was doused in air freshener to the point I felt suffocated - My bed sheets had stains (ew) - The carpet was dirty and grimey - The bathroom was dirty asf with hair in the drain - Staff just ran me in circles Waiting on a refund, wish they would just do the right thing

Positives: We did like the hot chocolate, milk and orange juice at breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Allowedv us an hour late checkout when we asked.
Negatives: We asked for a room for 5 and were given 2 queens, we had to sleep three to one bed because they did not have a room with a pullout sofa and the beds. Lighting was poor, we could not find a remote to watch TV, bathroom was pretty tight (small). Breakfast had very little protein. Mostly cereal, today and waffles and ran out of list everything early. We were 3 mins past checkout and they called our room to tell us to leave. Smelled of weed everywhere we went. Not a lot of parking.

Positives: I’ve never had a problem until this time, I paid almost $200. for a room that had roaches, I am very disappointed!!! I am still waiting on my $100. deposit.
