The location was decent for all the activities we had planned for our stay.
Negatives:
There wasn't too much of a breakfast choice. On the first morning of our stay there was no plates for the waffles, no milk for the cereals, coffee container was empty (pretty much it seems the breakfast area was not monitored timely to ensure everythingwas restocked/refilled). For some reason we had a room on the first floor when our email reservation was for the second floor. The beds appeared to not be a queen size bed which is what we reserved for.

Did not like at all. The hotel is under major renovation and it was not disclosed at booking. Room is not fully equipped and you smell dust and caulking etc. Breakfast is very lower class and quality. Our room charges should be refunded.

Clean, quiet place to stay.
Positives:
Absolutely nothing. The A/C was stuck on 68 Cool in the dead of a winter blizzard the television did not work our phone to the front desk did not work and the reception desk offered us a fitted sheet to combat the cold.

Everything was horrible we contemplated sleeping in our car. Worst experience I have ever had.

Hopefully they put refrigerator and microwaves in every room. And move the TVs . So my neck doesn’t hurt. Looking up on top of closet. And raise the shower heads. Where not all midgets. And change the heat pumps. Noisy as hell .

The room wasnt as clean as I would have hoped. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, there were cobwebs. The rug was very worn and almost a trip hazard. The wifi was virtually nonexistent in our room. I could only access it from the lobby - not great. The free breakfast needs a revamp.
