Positives: Rooms are decent size

Negatives: We had no water sat, the sun morning woke up to no cold water. Couldn't use the shower or toilet sun. Restaurant doesn't open until 5pm so no place to get food. We were there for a dart event and it was a poor experience.

Positives: The shuttle ride to work was nice to use. The roasted chicken dinner was excellent.

Negatives: Someone must have spilled something on the bedside stand and haphazardly tried to clean it up but it was still underneath the lamp. There was hairball in the dirty shower and a bandaid on the back of bathroom door.There was a lot of dust under headboard

Negatives: No room service during the day. The restaurant was closed for lunch. Staff unhelpful. Tiny bathroom, missing waste basket. Worst Crown Plaza hotel that I ever stayed in.

Positives: The location was right near our venue. The food at the restaurant was excellent and our bartender/waitress was great!

Negatives: Had to ask the front desk to send up washcloths, there were none stocked in the room. There were open/used shampoo/body wash still in the shower and shower was full of grime. No paper/pen in the room. Dirty windows. Most places Ive stayed provide at least a few complimentary bottles of water, but not here. No garbage can in the bathroom.
